Guest Bonzi Posted October 27, 2007 Share Posted October 27, 2007 When I chest close a gripper(especially #4+, albeit it is a partial close), it seems to use the delts and neck muscles. Au contrare, I was hoping that this new found exercise would increase the dimensions of my puny 17 inch neck. I don't want it to go away.
