Chest Closing Grippers As A Neck Exercise

Guest Bonzi

Recommended Posts

When I chest close a gripper(especially #4+, albeit it is a partial close), it seems to use the delts

and neck muscles. Maybe a good exercise for the neck?

I have not gotten into the bending thing yet, but it should be the same.

Any thoughts.

I remember when I first bent the G5 I felt tension in my neck. It's probably your first time (or first time trying very hard) so it will go away with time.

Au contrare, I was hoping that this new found exercise would increase the

dimensions of my puny 17 inch neck. I don't want it to go away. :rock
