lifesnotfair
Good closes of that #3 !! However, I think your 15kg PWC is a tad off. I had seen a video of you doing like 20 reps with a 10kg plate, and I remember thinking "he didn't go past parallel in a single rep!"... well, it seems to me you almost didn't go past parallel in this video either, and your hand was too far back, being supported by the thig in the parallel possition. Your arm should be more forward with your hand in the air, beyond the knee... This is what I think most people think of when someone talks about a Plate Wrist Curl:
viper
cheers i just checked that 10kg vid an most of the reps were past par, i wasn't really focusing a whole lot on the depth, but some were to as far as i can go, so im not sure what your talking about with that. As far as this one goes, i agree i had my hand too far back, i actually put the wrong vid up, this was the 1st attempt at it an i thought it would be harder, i didnt wanna drop it on my foot. I would still say this is ok though an wont change the vid until i do some solid repping, cuss even though i started to bring it up with more fingers than wrist, it still went down past par an came up without me moving my forearm off the knee. The video you show is not a plate wrist curl, thats like saying a bottom up squat is a squat, bottom up squats are harder than squats an a different exercise, same goes for bottom up plate wrist curls - i sometimes pause at the bottom but i dont do bottom up plate wrist curls / never said this vid was of that. lifesnotfair
Oops, sorry, I didn't think of the starting possition in that vid, just posted it because that one goes past parallel. Maybe it was just the angle of the video. Congrats, keep it up.

Might be a good pinch w/ weight added via magnets to help train for some other feats.
viper
depends where you're strength is really, not sure who it was but i remember someone saying they tried this after doing 3 10kg with one hand an couldn't do it, but yeh im with you, easier than 3 with one hand for me
