oceans11 Posted April 10, 2008 Share Posted April 10, 2008 Been training my pinch really hard for upcoming grip comp alternating with one hand pinches one week and two hand pinch the next...... today in training got a solid 90kg pb two hand pinch on the euro setup..... very pleased!! Also tried overhand axle lift for fist time and got...... 155kg for 1 rep....... then 6 reps with 130kg. The Championship will not be rescheduled. I apologise for any dissapointment caused to David Horne and Steve Gardener of the B.H.S.A. and also to those members of the B.H.S.A. that had shown interest in competing in the Championship.
