Hazerboy Posted October 1, 2007 Share Posted October 1, 2007 I just started lifting at a new gym that not only has a wide selection of york dumbells but also has a nice pan filled with chalk. Wow, what a difference! Before I could inconsistantly lift the 37.5 lb blob, and MAYBE on a REALLY good day I could hit the 42.5 lb one, but now I was doing singles again and again with the 42.5 lber. I also noticed that my hands were much more exhausted afterwards. I was sure that I would be able to lift more with chalk, but I had no idea I would get a better workout too!
