Did anybody see the grip guy on tv?

There was a fellow by the name of Steven Miller on Ripley's last night.  He performed a feat where a 120 lb woman bungy jumped while he held the bungy cord with his hands.  There was a loop at the end that he held onto.  They said it would be 400 lbs that he would have to hold onto.  I was unsure about the difficulty of this feat.  Did anyone see it?  What did you think?  It also showed him ripping some cards and bending a bolt.

I saw parts of it. I wasn't sure what to think. I'm not sure how the bungie cords would affect the performance. They would obvious make it easier, but I don't know how much. Unfortunately, my tv sucks, so I really couldn't see what type of grip he used.
