What's neat is you can use the foot petal to cheat a few reps. I have been using captain of crush #1 and #2 so far and have the number 2 mostly closed for reps on the right hand. maidenfan Posted September 24, 2007 Share Posted September 24, 2007 All their equipment looks real similar to the Hammer Strength line of plate loaded machines. The grip machine is the same basic movement as the Hammer Strength machine with addition of the foot lever for assistance work.
