Tou Posted December 29, 2001 Share Posted December 29, 2001 Both ways could be good. If you work on endurance, keep crushing the gripper after the strap fell. In a strength training program, you'll release the gripper and rest a couple of minutes until a next set. Personnally, I release the gripper when the weight falls. When it falls, I'm done.
