Hazerboy Posted September 5, 2007 Share Posted September 5, 2007 After a week and a half of hot/cold baths and sleeping with mittens, I decided today was the day to test my max. OUCH! I could barely lift my 37.5 lb blob, which was what I started at before the program. I was pretty frustrated, but on the plus side I think the frustration helped me set some p.r's in good mornings and bench press. How long have others had to weight before they tested their max in the program? I was SURE I'd be good and healed after 1 1/2 weeks, especially with all of that active healing-- My hands haven't felt sore/tight for days. I figure I'll wait at least another week, but during that time do you think its alright if I train other aspects of grip? (ones that don't concentrate on the thumb).
