Training With Rolling Thunder

I just got a brand new Rolling Thunder in the post this morning! :)

Being new to grip training and having never used one before, I wanted some advice on how to train with it to get the best results, i.e. how often to train, should I be doing reps, singles, holds or a combination of all three and any other advice you guys can give me.

Any help would be much appreciated.
