Guest Brian S Posted August 12, 2002 Posted August 12, 2002 I have a pain in my right elbow when I try to grip with my right hand. I think I caused the injury when hanging by the tips of my fingers onto a little ledge on a climbers wall. Something went "crunch", and that was it. Anyone any ideas on how to repair the damage? the swiss Posted August 14, 2002 Posted August 14, 2002 sorry to hear that! you injured your elbow by hanging from a hangboard??? sounds strange. weren't you rather sort of chining or blocking a flexed arm on that edge? Anyway I suggest you find out what you can do without any pain, and practice that regularly to get the blood flowing and the healing going. Also think about massage, drinking lots ( of water! ), and stretching. good luck david Quote
