Injury

I have a pain in my right elbow when I try to grip with my right hand.  I think I caused the injury when hanging by the tips of my fingers onto a little ledge on a climbers wall.  Something went "crunch", and that was it.

Anyone any ideas on how to repair the damage?

sorry to hear that!

you injured your elbow by hanging from a hangboard??? sounds strange.

weren't you rather sort of chining or blocking a flexed arm on that edge?

Anyway I suggest you find out what you can do without any pain, and practice that regularly to get the blood flowing and the healing going. Also think about massage, drinking lots ( of water! ), and stretching.

good luck
