As a Novice Arm Wrestler of 2 months, training is going well bar one thing,my speed or lack of it.

I train with a very expriance AW who has told me it WILL come with time.

Just wondered if any of you guy's have any input that may help.

What i mean is, is it a case of repetition that then helps speed?

starting on command: READY!GO! keeping hand partner's sparing (or tubing expander). And partner lets command. speedy movements.

coach speed before training (at the beginning training)

Let your tendons and ligaments strengthen too...your muscles will get there pretty quick but your tendons and ligaments'll be playing catch up! ;)
