jimwylie1 Posted August 7, 2002 Share Posted August 7, 2002 Wanna, Here’s some help with the weights: David Horne is pulling 183kg on the vertical bar David Horne Hammer curling 75kg Garry Hammer curling 45kg Me with 228kg on vertical bar (not the big one) Kalle Lane with 85kg on hammer curl Elizabeth Talbot lifting 45.5kg on the 3 ½” dumbell Not sure how much is on David’s TTWC but I think it is the 280k lift not the 302.5k Jim Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Where you happy with the results when compared to what you have done in practise? I noticed you did almost double bodyweight in the TTWC. He should be a pro camera man! It was a great day and i smashed my Pb's on vbar, TTWC, gripper and thick handled deadlift. Equaled PB on the curl and nerves got the best of me with the pinch grip. i was very satisfied as i gave 100% and you cant asked much more from yourself. But im most pleased at how much EVERYONE had a great time and I made new friends and met some amazing people. So u could tell i made an effort then?
