ruffhans
tonight i decided to try somthing! i taped a stack of pennies on the inside handle of my #3 gripper. this way each week i can take one away. the pennies are very thin and will make a great way to train. instead of picking my gripper up and just trying to shut it, all i have to do is try to shut it that 8th of an inch! im going to try this for awhile. by the way is this already a trainning method, or am i on to somthing new? thanx
RSW
Somebody tried it with cards before. Do a search on it. I think the problem is most people need to dramatically increase closing strength rather that sweeping strength to get the next gripper. Thus, strapholds and negatives are favored. Nathan Say
David Horne combines the two. Strapholds with a range that's been shortened with blocks.
ruffhans
well,...took the pennies of the # 3! found strap, and timed holds with the #2 to work better!
