jad Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 love the announcer's shirt That rope pulling exercise was pretty original I like where the three of them were pulling on Voevoda. Quote Proud member of the Feat Cheaters Club! Captain of Crush 2003-2011 Josh Dale Wentzville, MO
G-Man Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 love the announcer's shirt That rope pulling exercise was pretty original I like where the three of them were pulling on Voevoda. I am glad someone finally posted Voevoda's training to the Internet. It was a very interesting couple of videos - I hope more will be on the way. How much was Voevoda curling? It didn't look like more than 115-pounds x 4 and he appeared to be straining. For the strongest arm wrestler on the planet, one might have expected to see more. Could it be possible that there was a mix-up in the translation and the claim was a 125-POUND DB curl and NOT 125 Kilos? Either way, I look forward to seeing more on this incredible athlete... Quote

I don't think it's how much you curl.......it's how you curl it. Did anyone else see the one hand pull up at probably 250+? jad Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 where is the one arm pullup? I've watched both vids twice and I guess I just keep missing it??? Whatever the heck that L-shaped thing was he curled, it looked HEAVY and AWKWARD Quote Proud member of the Feat Cheaters Club! Captain of Crush 2003-2011 Josh Dale Wentzville, MO
lifesnotfair Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 I saw it, but he didn't start from a deadhang. Still, I reckon at his weight (isn't it like 270? 122kg or something?) that must be unbelievable! Quote

G-man if we just go by the number, I can say that you curl more than John Brzenk. He posted his curling poundage and it's really not much to brag about but he is number one for a reason: AW power. On NW message board I read about this bodybuilder 6'5" 300 pounds guy who teased and taunted JB, John then proceeded to beat the guy in AW in a nano second, that AW power. I don't know how much AV curl really I can't understand Russian. Would someone here translate just a little bit about what he said? I heard he mention John Brzenk more than once Quote
