Guest rockblaster Posted August 4, 2002 Share Posted August 4, 2002 Hey all, Which wrist roller is better --Ironmind's or PDA's? I was thinking of making one out of 2.5 inch steel tubing. If I go this route, what is the most effective way of suspending the chain or cable from the roller in a way that will support heavy weight?
