lloyd80s Posted June 24, 2007 Share Posted June 24, 2007 Hi guys, I put up a post about ten days ago about my forearm growth since using grippers. I got some good comments and tips. I decided to add heavy low rep wrist curls to my gripper workout and have been doing them for about 8 days......i've added half an inch to my forearms so they're now 14.5 inchs. I'm going to keep going until I get them to 16inch. My only goal in gripping is to one day close a #4 but I'm quite amazed at just how much my arms are growing so i thought I share it, PICS have been added to my album.
