Mjoynt Posted July 22, 2002 Share Posted July 22, 2002 I got the Beef Builder Master and Elite today. I closed the Master pretty easily, but the Elite seems impossible. The Master seems pretty equal to my single-stamped #2 and the Elite seems to be A LOT harder than my #2 and the Master. Does this seem to be the norm? Also, how are the double-stamped #2's comparing to the BB Master's these days? How are the new Elites compared to the double-stamped #3's? Sorry for all the questions. I appreciate any answers. strongmitts Posted July 23, 2002 Share Posted July 23, 2002 I have a BBM and a BBE. My BBM is easier than my single stamped CoC #2 and tougher than my single stamped CoC #1. I would say it is like a 1.5. I believe I bought my Captains of Crush grippers in 97-98. My BBE is probably a little tougher than my single stamped CoC #3. My CoC #3 has an extremely wide handle spread, wider even than my CoC #4. I think I will probably close my BBE before I close my #3 just because the handles are not so wide.
