Guest snipes287
Hey I am new to the whole griping world but would like to get into gripping. I am 16 and have just started working out two months ago with considerable gains mite I add. any way I was just wandering what I should get, as in brands, and toughness. Bearcat 74
I say the Ironmind Trainer and #1, but that's just me.
Nathan Say
Get the easier ones (T #1 #2) & then get the hard ones (M #3 #4 E SE WC).
Guest snipes287
so ironmind is the way to go?
Sybersnott
Yes, I agree with Bearcat. If you've never done any formal grip training, start with the Trainer and the #1. Be advised.... grip training is contagious! Once you start, it'll be very difficult to stop!
Guest JoeQ1966
I dont believe that grip training is contagious or addicting I can quit anytime I want, I just choose not to right now.
Griparn
I was also a newbie(Im still) and I bought the #1 and #2. When I first got these grippers they felt stronger than I ever could have imagine. I closed my #1 and now Im up to the #2. My advice is: Get the Trainer, #1 and #2 at first if you can.
Guest sjeff70
I can quite any time too but I'm not addicted. :p I'm glad I got the Trainer and #1 because they are great for warm-up work. Plus I couldn't close the Trainer my first try! Jeff
Mjoynt
You might want to get the Beef Builder Beginner and Advanced grippers as well. The Beginner is a little easier than the Trainer and the Advanced is a little easier than the #1. Go to www.wwfitness.com.
