Hi All,

I've been grip training for about 6 weeks and started with the #1, I closed it first time and then ordered the #2. Now the #2 was hard but after a few days I got it closed and thought I'd give my hands a rest for a couple of days and then try again. after this rest I picked up the #2 and got nowhere near closing it. It's one month on I find somedays I'll close it easy and the next day I'll get nowhere near!! Does anyone have any advise on the KTA and if it'd help? I've got a #3 on the way but I'm now so gutted that I can't do the #2 everytime I should have waited.

When I started KTA for the #2, I just barely closed it the first day. I stuck with the #2 my goal gripper; and after the program I was closing it consistently.

Thanks for the link mate. I've had a look and the KTA really seems to be a good programme to use, I'm buying it online today!
