Easier Or Harder

I would say that it would differ from person to person. The genetics plays a big role in this one, also the starting point. But in my experience when it comes to grip training, I would say that it's easier to gain hand strength then other.

You can easilly double your grip in a years time. But very rarely would someone double their bench or squat in a years time
