Jose Jara
Hello, i'm seeking for new equipment and i'm seeing the telegraph key of Ironmind. Do you have one of them? What's your opinion about this piece of equipment? Many thanks in advance!

pjmackin
I bet you could make one a hell of a lot cheaper.
Sybersnott
I bet you could make one a hell of a lot cheaper. Sure you can, if you know how to weld or know someone that does - otherwise, just buy it from IM.
TelegraphKey
The TTK is very cool, I have one (hence my GripBoard name). But you can buy a pony clamp from a hardware store, glue/tape a piece of wood (like a tongue depressor) across the handles, and add rubber bands to the clamps to vary resistance, and that's a mini-telegraph key. The TTK is pretty nice, though, and you can get a serious pinch dynamic workout for one or both hands on it.

makey98
I would recommend making a thumb cable, which is an idea Rick Walker talks about in KTA2. Just learning how to make this tool is worth the price of KTA2. Not to mention all the other stuff. I got a new pinch PR within 2 weeks of using this tool. I did pony clamps for a while and really noticed no improvement or carryover in my block weight lifting. (Plus it costs about 10 bucks to make.....)
