Total width of plates is 3 1/2 inch http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?automod...si&img=5439 My hand size is 8 inch,the 6x11lb are work in progress can lift them at the mo but only with a 4in piece of scaffold pole through the middle to help stablise them,a couple of months training on that to build up the strength and i will hopefully be ready to go! do not know if 6x11lb has ever been done maybe i will be the first will keep you all posted!
