Guest IrNLifter
I was working really hard with my own (home made) 2 1/2 inch handle DB for about 3 weeks and just completely wore my forearms out, so I quit it for a week....I continued with plate curls (25lbs) and hammer levering(gonna buy a new 8 lber tommarrow) along with the regular lifting I do. The time off did pay off with a jump in poundage from 110 to 120 max. As you may have guessed I'm new to grip training...but I'm hooked on it...I'm too old to do much with powerlifting but I can see that age is no barrier to great gripping. BTW I really liked to video of Mr Farman, totally awesome! COWABUNGA!
