Hey,

Is it possible to train 5 exercises, about 5 sets each, 5 days a week?? they're all olympic lifts and their assistant movements. Could someone (especially a beginner) make many gains in size & strength??

Thanx

....or the Old School Strength Training forum. Or at least the Goerner Reborn forum. I think it's doable, or do you mean 25 total sets on each workout, 5 days per week?

Yeah i mean 25 sets per workout 5 days per week. Apparantly you can get away with doing this much because the olympic lifts dont leave you sore...

I think this would be overtraining.  be more specific, which exercises.

And if you not sore after Olympic lifting your not training to your full potential.

My first Olympic coach used to say it's good to be sore the day after and even the next day; that's how you know you did something.

I am usually more sore after training than after a competition.
