gerryg
I own a 2.5" FBBC Crusher and was thinking about buying a Rolling Thunder. I'm very happy with my Crusher but it seems like alot of contests use the IM Rolling Thunder. So this question goes out to the people who have trained on both, is there a big difference between the two or should I just save my money? Scott Styles
The crusher is much heavier duty, slicker, and rolls more smoothly. Consensus I've seen on the board is the numbers tend to be lower on it. I don't see why you'd need both, other than the Rolling Thunder is realtively cheap, popular, and lets you compare with others. madss
As Scott stated I would use the crusher and not bother with the IM unless you are a collector of grip tools or just wanted one with a slightly smaller diameter. training wise the crusher is a great implement and if you had both I would bet you would tend to use it more often then the IM due to feel. DuTCH
what is the aprox. weight of a 3" crusher?
gerryg
I have never put my 2.5" on a scale, but if I had to guess it weighs in the 10 to 15 pound range. I found this post on the 4" Crusher.. http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?showtop...&hl=crusher
