I've also upgraded the certificate paper to glossy photo paper. And, this format of paper EATS ink too (a photo quality print). Ink Jet cartridges are not cheap. They are more expensive than the printers these days. Tape, labels, etc. are also costs that need to be covered. Needless to say, all the time I spend doing the MM certs is not covered. So, the cost is now 12.00 from 10.25. The paypal link has been updated. I don't see it going up further unless the post office again pumps up priority costs. Thanks everyone.
