Roark
One old method of demonstrating strength was to hold a weight while writing on a chalkboard. Sometimes this was deceptive because the kettlebell was actually reposing ON the forearm rather than hanging freely. Anyway, here is the Roark Writing Test: Hold one end of a pencil/pen up against your gripper coil, with the other (writing) end extending past the open ends of the gripper. (tape may NOT be used to secure the pencil to one side of the gripper) Flat-sided pencils work better in this test. Squeeze the gripper shut against the pencil- then release the hand that was placing the pencil. Now write "The Grip Board" using the gripper-pencil. The writing must be clear. Grade yourself T,1,2,3, depending on which level you are able to use. Anyone claiming a grade of 4, will be, shall we say, doubted?
