Henry
I've been trying to increase my grip strength as well as forearm size, which one should I get?

pjmackin
Grippers. No question about it. Powerball is a nice extra. Nothing more then that in my opinion.
Autolupus
Grippers but Powerballs are very good for warm-up, cool-down and active recovery.
makey98
I would say that block weights would be a better choice than either of those for grip strength, but I noticed the biggest increase in forearm size from doing sledge hammer exercises. Good luck.
Sybersnott
You can get two IM grippers for the price of a PowerBall. Now you know what my vote is...

Scott Styles
A block weight would be better than either of them. I'd probably get a block weight and a sledge for the price of the powerball.
Wes
Don't get either. Get a rolling thunder or crusher from FBBC, it will develop more functional hand strength than either one of those.
