I would be interested in some routines also..I am trying a everyday workout and Im not sure if I should be doing grippers eveytime or different exercises..do you do hard singles with grippers eveytime or do you do a rep day and then a single day..

any info on this would be appreciated

            thanks     joe

I'm not Nathan but I believe that if you're very close to your goal gripper, you should do a specialization routine working exclusively with grippers.

I sometimes try my #3 troughout the day without any warm up and I'm always surprised with the results. I closed it twice in this fashion so far. Also, Kurtis Bowler, a certified COC suggested me to do few warm ups. I do 3 singles on a store gripper, 1 single on the #1 and go directly to the #3 for a few squeezes.
