I don't usually bite at over-the-top advertising over $10 and this looks OTT. I googled Kent Sayre (the author) and he seems to be a self-help guru. Maybe you have to buy his effortless weight loss books or super secret persuasion technique manual to convince the ref to let you pull 154 when you're 220.
