Pretty much what the title says. I've been doing some strap holds close to 20 pounds and I feel real strong. And I think it will help for reverse bending. But I remember reading that anything over 10-15 isn't safe. But I also think I remember seeing someone do a SH with like 75 pounds. I just don't want to get up to like 30 pounds before I learn it does something bad to me. Thanks.

There are a few results from the search function. I've run across some strange wrist pain if I use more than 20 pounds very long.
