Now I know after years of reading about it, just how tough it is. I am able to get the handles to parallel. I don't know how good that is. OldGuy Posted June 28, 2002 Author Share Posted June 28, 2002 I have been able to close my #3 for several months. However I cannot do so very often due to carpal tunnel problems. In general my recuperation is good, but with the grippers I can only train hard once a week or so. So I figure with the #4 I will be able to make it very intense and brief and the #3 will get easier and I will be more ready for certification.
