I thought it might be interesting to all, if everyone posted how much they are llifting (max or for reps) in their general routines.

Somewhat off topic, but hey, you need to hold onto your lifting apparatus generally, no?

88 pounds pich grip with two plates and a rod trough the middle.

35 pounds plate curl.

260 2" vertical bar lift.

350 one hand deadlift on an Ez-curl bar.

950 deadlift lockout.

#### close with the #3.

#### Tou you got me on the v bar lift! However, I have done 23 kilos on the plate curl (20 in competition), 95 kilos on the pinch and am working on a 750-1000 lockout on the dl

Don't feel ashamed Mobsterone. I'm pretty good at support grip but you beat me big time at any other grip events. A 23 kilos plate curl is amazing.

Your 95 kilos pinch grip was performed with two hands, am I right ?
