Addjustapull -- The Portable Armwrestling Workout

This seems pretty cool if it actually works. It could also be great getting in a workout when you are traveling and do not have immediate access to a gym. I'm just a little unsure about shelling out $160 on a hunch.

Does anyone own, know of someone who owns one or have experience with one of these?

Thanks in advance.

Looks like something you would bend if you want some hard resistance.

no but imagine if that spring broke that holds under the table it would be like a big rat trap on your head :tongue we have springs that look a little like that in the ramps that hook onto the trailer that we move bulldozers on at work they help in the lifting of the ramps im sure if you go to a spring manufcture they might have somthing like it for about 1/3 the cost . just get a couple bike tubes hooked at different angles so they are always pulling tension check out all this stuff you can make for hand and armwrestling strength http://www.indiamedico.com/physiotherapy_e...d_exercises.php
