I just updated Bigsteel with a picture of Stanless Steele putting a nail thorugh a board.  Sorry Bill, you can't have all the pictures for the Gripboard!

Go to-->http://www.bigsteel.iwarp.com/

Heath, why don't you let the board know what you said too me after Stanless did this, I think it will help everyone to understand how powerful it is to watch this happen.

I said, "My God, could you imagine him hitting you in the head."  That was unbeliveable!  WHACK!!  Sounded like a gunshot.....

Awesome pics Tom, THANKS!!!

Tom,

You took a lot of great pictures, and I'm glad that you did.

However... you did NOT take enough pics of the great and mighty Sybersnott - and he was sitting right next to you!!  :p

He's submitted them to razor magazine. Cut him some slack. :)

I noticed how he mentioned that this mark henry guy was the first to ever clean and press the inch dumbell.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that what Thomas Inch did all the time?

Isn't Thomas Inch's feat what he just did, making him the second in history?

        Read Roarke's Iron History on  Cyberpump.  Inch used to Two-hand clean and then Bent press the dumbell overhead.  Inch also was notorious for switching to lighter dumbells for his stage performances.  Bentpressing the Inch is an impressive feat, but no where near the level of Henry's clean and press.

       I don't know how many of you visit the Garage Gym forum, but Fatboy250 just two-handed cleaned and then jerk-pressed an Inch replica at Sorinex.  He did this on a dare from Trigg.  Like he did with Quickgrip, Trigg has promised Jason (Fatboy250) a subscription to MILO as a prize for performing the feat.
