Justin Reagan
For those who own/use one. I've looked through about 20 or 25 posts (with my slow dialup connection, that took a while), and couldn't find a direct answer. How do you choose between the small and large grip bars? Also, how much weight can be used (I'm sure it's enough for me, but just curious)? I've been looking at the formulator and pegasus2 for a while, and the formulator looks more useful to me. (Different directions, etc.) A little pricey, but my new job allows for something like this every once in a while. The last toy I bought a couple months ago was a 32kg KB, and I've been very happy with it--despite the loss in funds... Thanks, Justin
gerryg
I have 7 1/2" hands and I own the large grip bar.
Justin Reagan
Is that measuring from the base of the wrist to the tip of the middle finger? I've never actually measured my hands before. So the large grip bar feels fine for you? Thanks, Justin
gerryg
Don't worry to much about the weight, it will hold more than enough. I use 15 pounds for extensions and get a pretty good pump. Tip of the middle finger to the first crease on the wrist = hand size. http://www.theformulator.com/upclose.html
