I will have a finalized date within about a month. I have to wait till the vacation calender at work comes around my way.

And in the first announcement, I believe I said that the pinch was 1/2". It will be 3/4". Strange event, but it is one of the Don Larkin unique lifts that I like to try to throw in each contest. Don shows us Michigan guys lots of different exercises he has used over the years, and I like to keep that alive.
