GoJu Posted November 12, 2006 Share Posted November 12, 2006 as far as pinch goes I have hex block weights from 20lbs to 50lbs, a titan's telegraph key, plus Ironmind's pinch block and pinch hub. I read somewhere that you needed to make some sort of cable attachment in KTA 2, could the telegraph key serve as a good replacement for thumb isolation? any help would be appreciated since I'm thinking of buying the ebook and starting the program! thanks in advance!
