Some Updates And Goals

hey fellas, as some of you know earlier this year i joined the military. i just got to where i can do some weight and grip training on a regular basis. Havn't been doing that much weight training (except bodyweight) but been hitting the grippers some. I've been getting my HG250 pretty good and manage a couple sets with some reps. My goals for around mid-2007 are to rep the #2 and pinch 2 25s (my pinch sucks, i know) and get that retarded G5 bolt that i could never manage to finish. I think these are some decent goals, along with my goal of getting 350+ on the APFT (320 is my highest yet).

btw Dan, Sean, Climber, Franky and the rest of you guys that i always looked up too, you guys gotta make sure i keep and meet there goals, cause you know me. :cool

Stay focused on your priorities and be careful out there. Regarding your grip work, you'll get there when you get there.there is no rush. ;)
