But I don't know how far it was real crushing or "just " digging the finger tips in. I remember watching a vid of Tommy Heslep mashing one by digging his fingers in. It is way harder than crushing apple. I can crush an apple, and have some weeks ago tried a potatoe. I took one that was so soft, by gently squeezing you could have thought it was boiled, so I tried to crush it --> No go, nada, niente. But I have chest crushed one . CoC#3 Posted October 23, 2006 Share Posted October 23, 2006 I have crushed a small raw potato using my fingertips, it didn't just split i could crush it once i got my fingers in. I train for this by doing gripper closes using the fingertips only (same position as you'll be when crushing the potato).
