#2 With A Clamp

Ok I put a hose clamp on my #2 today, set it a little below parallel ( it took me a few times to figure out set right ).

I can close it with both hands :yikes:yikes

So I need some advice, and any advice is welcome :D

Should I change the overcrushes in KTA from the 1 to the 2

I.E.

my current routine is something like this

warmup

alternate

overcrush with filed #1

severe negative with #3

4 reps each

then switch the overcrush to strapholds with the filed #1

and continue severe negatives the #3

4 more reps each

dynamic pinch

extensor work

contrast baths

when the volume gets high with KTA I usually split the workouts into two sessions a day

So I was wondering if I should substitute the overcrushes with the filed #1 to overcrushes with the clamped #2?????

When I was doing KTA, I would do my overcrushes and SH with the biggest gripper I could keep closed or hold onto the strap. Seemed to work well for me.

If you can do about 3 sec OC with clamped #2, I'd say go for it.

Right hand no problem, left hand just touches. I will work on the filed 1 for a while longer.

Or you can use clamped #2 for your right hand and filed #1 (non-clamped) for your left.
