Well, I had a pretty tough day at work yesterday, I had loads of massage clients and my hands felt pretty much beaten after that, it's like doing endurance grip training and that is never good for your maximum strength. I had been thinking earlier that day that if the gripper arrives I should do the cert today (thursday), as I have a much easier day at work and should be well recovered and all. BUT the gripper came and I was so excited, nervous and all pumped up about it, I figured I might as well do it right away, because it would definetely bother me all night and affect my sleep, which would probably make this day even worse to attempt such feat. So how did the gripper feel? For me, on that day, it was absolute limit for managing one rep. It felt like a hardish #3, but well under Elite. As I figured out it would be. I couldn't have closed my Elite yesterday. I would be cheating myself if I said I owned that gripper. I was really nervous before doing it, because I knew that it might be a tough gripper and might even be too much for me on a crappy day, and shooting the video on your own there's a risk that video turns out crappy, gripper might go of camera at a critical moment etc, but I told myself to stop worrying and beeing sissy, just do my thing, concentrate properly for one all out squeeze and get this done. I had a quite small memory card on the camera, so I rushed and tried it again and messed up with the set..
