Rick Walker
Got my results today from my NSCA CSCS exam. Passed both sections so I am now a CSCS. Just a title that employers want to see-the funny thing is, I dont really ever use any NSCA methods :p Rick Walker :hehe
Roark
Congrats, Rick! I have a friend, who, like you, learned what he was supposed to answer so he could get the title, then went about training people as he preferred. Another friend told me he could not pass the exam IF he gave the true answers! Anyway, you are official, so you can now be a rogue-master! Guest yactoid
Two Things: 1) what ARE your training methods? 2) just re-read your quote - can't belive what happened to Austin, publicity stunt or real-deal?
paul valpreda
Congratulations! I'm currently working on mine too. Now that you have the credentials, teach the people the truth!
Guest
Hi guys. Rick congrats on your pass!! :0 BTW, I recently received my Piedmond Design Associates – High Intensity Training Specialist certification. Seems like we are all becoming a bunch of book worms. Johann PS. What does NSCA CSCS stands for and where and how can you do the course?
Rick Walker
genetic- It stands for the National Strength and Conditioning Association. and the certification was the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist exam. To do it you have to be a senior at an University or have your BS-then you take an exam-2 parts, one is 100 questions and the other 90. Check it out at www.nsca.com. It is cool because it is one of the only that requires a college education! Rick Walker :hehe
RiotGrip
Congratulations Rick, anyone would be lucky to have a trainer/strength coach with your knowledge and ability. BTW I'll be getting that tape back to you soon. Thanks

Rick Walker
I dont think the NSCA addresses grip training at all! Rick Walker :hehe
