Guest NathanHolle
Received a 466 SOS gripper today and closed it. As I'm able to close it for reps I wished i'd bought a harder one whilst they where still available. I was saddened to hear that John has stopped making them. I've Sent some pictures to Wannagrip Been on and off the grippers for about 8 months. My training for the grippers is closing my 3 or attempting my 4 about 10 times spread through out the day. Also just started pinching, managed 2 x 44lbs (marcy olympic weights). Just got certified so I should be in the next MILO Nathan
Nathan Say
Why no more SOS grippers? Are they still doing the calibrations?
Bill Piche
Nathan is the real deal..just to back up his post. I have the pics and will probably just put up the 466IP close as I don't want to jeoprodize his MILO appearance with the #3 closings. Nathan, so you do the grippers daily? Guest NathanHolle
Wannagrip - Yes I train the grippers daily, I started this way before reading this board and others opinions on over training. This method feel's right and seems to be working for me and my brothers.
