I'm up to curling a 35lb plate + 5lbs + whatever the end of a 7ft bar weighs & I move a 45 pretty easily now, I just can't quite get it past horizontal. I really think I can get it up by the end of July. (35+5+bar, 35+7.5+bar, 35+10+bar for 10 days each) Just lettin you guys know.  :D After that, it'll be ladders until I can do a 50lb standard plate & then ladders with that until I do at least 12 reps. Who knows how long that part will take but it's the plan.
