Yeah, the only thing I know i  that it means Kinney Training Adapted....but Im not even sure of it =/

So what is it? =)

The guys are in Phase 2, Week 4.

The neat thing is seeing the same sort of results I had observed on various aspects of this program.  

I think all the guys now know at least that daily grip training won't send you spiraling into overtraining.

I am still experimenting myself with it.
