Thick Bar

Right now I do deadlifts, cleans and a lot of grip work on Mon.

Wednesday I do upperbody "stuff"

Thursday Stones

Saturday strongman practise.

I do negatives on grippers either on Tuesday or Friday but never both days.

I want to add thick bar to improve my grip. I would do rows, curls and pressing with the thick bar. Will this be too much work on my grip?

Substitute your regular Oly-bar for your thick bar.  That's what I did.... and no, I don't think it will matter for your grip - it will just strengthen it.  :)
