Plate Hold With A Twist

Trying a new type of plate hold which i think will help stopping a toproll. This has most likely been done by others so advice on whether it was effective would be good.

Take 1 plate (5lbs) place it in your hands flush side out and put your arm in an armwrestling position. Now extend your arm straight out turning your hand so the flush side is facing the floor and the top of your hand is facing the roof.

This might help being peeled out.

I put them in my routine every 3 weeks or so just to mix it up a litlle...there are so many different pressures needed for complete hand control that the same exercises will not suffice.....
