paul valpreda Posted June 5, 2002 Share Posted June 5, 2002 I recently heard about these from the GripPage and just wanted to be sure I was performing them correctly. Do you just hook the fingers under the rim and lift the plate and hold it statically for time? Or while standing, do you try to squeeze the weight up using finger strength for repetitions?
