Hi everybody!

Im new member on this board and I think this gripboard is great! There seem to be many Certified COC's here and thats cool!

I got the COC nr.1 and nr.2 last week and they were harder than I thougth. I can't even "smash" the nr.1, but I am pretty close now.

Do you have any suggestions on how to train the crushing grip. Should I do negatives with the nr.2 or just work out with the nr.1?

Hi griparn,

since i am also a freshman where grip training is concerned, i wish us both the best of luck for the #3 (pretty hard this b######). I am almost at the same level of grip strength( even if i have managed to close the #1 by now) and i train both with the COC's and the IVANKO supergripper. I think it's a decent alternative to strapholds so if you have some more money to spend it may be a good idea.

Let me know about your progress and when you close the #1  :)
